La Taberna Gallega in Barcelona makes great paella.
La Taberna Gallega located in the marina in Barcelona, Spain is incredible. The room gets full but the vibe is energetic and upbeat. The staff is super cool and fun. If you are in the Barcelona marina area come on over. There are many places to eat in the marina but I chose this one and was completely satisfied. Best paella and sangria of my life. What could be better than great homemade pizza delivered on a fire truck that has beer on tap? These folks have a really good thing going.
The Dude of Food had this truck come to our Christmas party last year and it was well worth it. If you live in the southern California area then you need to experience this party on wheels.
The staff is super cool. The truck is fun and includes a photo booth and beer taps. The pizza is hand crafted, refined and excellent. This is an awesome food truck and would be a huge hit at any tailgate party.

I believe he said his name is Noel and he said this number rings to his house. Speak slowly as his English is not perfect. I tried the tacos and menudo and was pleasantly surprised with both. The quality is good and the prices are reasonable. Win/Win situation here.
Add a mariachi band, a michelada bar and a pinata, and you’ll have a great time on your hands.

After visiting Fountainebleau castle, Napolean Bonaparte’s home, I treated myself to a meal fit for royalty. I found a nice restaurant and walked in for lunch. The menu was in french so I guessed at a couple items that sounded good. The warm potato and salami salad was delicious as were the mashed potatoes, mushrooms and meat that followed. Good food served by good people is what you’ll find at Le Ferrare. Merci Le Ferrare staff.
L’escapade – A Fontainbleau Bistro
On May 1, 2014 I found my myself in Fontainbleau, France enjoying a holiday called May Day. The only people who have to work on May Day are the restaurant employees so I went to this bistro down the street from Napolean’s house called L’escapade and tried some rum from Martinique.
The staff is friendly & the food is delicious. You won’t be disappointed. Go here!

The prices are seasonable, the food is good and it is the perfect way to take a moment to enjoy another day in France.
